This involves acknowledging, accepting, and fostering balance and harmony within us, paving the way for inner peace and personal self-control that heightens one’s confidence and prepares us for any situation.

Rather than engaging in outright conflict, the program stresses the importance of comprehending the opposing forces essential to the very universe – “Yin” and “Yang” – and achieving a state of equilibrium between them. Ultimately, the aim of the Art of Personal Safety’s coaching program is to attain “personal” self-control, thereby making the pursuit of inner peace an ongoing and never-ending battle.
