Art of Personal Safety's 6 Core Disciplines

Core Discipline #5: Verbal, Vocal, & Visual (3V's)

"Communicating With The Source"

In this core discipline we are taught how to connect with our inner-peace to express ourselves through verbal, vocal, and visual without fear of what others might say, think or do. Communicating our wants and needs in ways that we will honor ourselves with your integrity, respect and trust, so people can honor themselves with their integrity, respect and trust.

The focus is on connecting with our inner peace. It is about learning how to rely on ourselves and trust our judgment. We are taught how to express ourselves through verbal, vocal, and visual means without fear of what others might say, think, or do. This is a powerful skill that can help us in every aspect of our lives.

When we are able to connect with our inner peace, we gain a sense of self-confidence and empowerment. We become more anchored in our own beliefs and values, and less susceptible to the opinions and judgments of others. This can be incredibly liberating, allowing us to pursue our passions and interests without fear of rejection or criticism.

When we are able to express ourselves confidently and authentically, we inspire others to do the same. Our words, voice, and visuals can have a profound impact on those around us, encouraging them to discover and embrace their own inner peace. We become beacons of light, shining a path towards self-discovery and self-expression.

Learning how to connect with our inner peace and express ourselves without fear is not always easy. It requires a great deal of self-reflection, self-awareness, and practice. We must learn to identify and overcome the limiting beliefs and insecurities that are holding us back. We must cultivate a strong sense of mindfulness, allowing us to stay grounded in the present moment and free from anxiety and worry.

We must be willing to confront our fears head-on and take risks in order to grow. We must be prepared to put ourselves out there, to speak up, to try new things, and to embrace our vulnerability. We must be willing to make mistakes and learn from them, recognizing that failure is not a reflection of our worth or our capabilities.

Ultimately, connecting with our inner peace and expressing ourselves without fear is a lifelong journey. It is a process of growth and self-discovery that requires energy, patience, discipline, perseverance, and dedication. When we are able to step into our power with confidence, the rewards are immeasurable.
