The best personal safety technique… is to never find or put ourselves in a situation where we cannot control. It is so important to learn and practice the 3A’s of personal safety. With understanding, the 3A’s can be a powerful tool that will keep us in the moment, to enjoy the moment while staying safe.

By removing the thought… “It will never happen to me,” we condition our minds to get from point “A” to point “B” safely. People who were attacked or assaulted had the same, similar thought. The “It will never happen to me” thinking is very dangerous! We must remove this thought from our minds. By removing this thought and bringing our attention and focus back into the moment, we gain back the “control” within our environment.
