Intuitive Phalangaan Touch is a holistic approach to balancing the body’s Life Force Energy (Phalangaan/Prana/Qi/Ki) by aligning the mental, emotional, for physical health and well-being. When our Life Force Energy is weakened due to imbalances or blockages within the body and mind, it ultimately leads to illness, affecting us physically, psychologically (mentally), or both. Therefore, it is essential to nurture and maintain our Universal Life Force Energy every day to ensure it remains robust and flows freely. “There is so much healing that can occur through touch.” Intuitive Phalangaan Touch involves establishing physical, skin-to-skin touch/contact with participants in their areas of blocked or stagnant energy in order to eliminate, invigorate, clear, energize, stabilize, and balance the body's energy field. These areas of blocked or stagnant energy can be “anywhere” on the participant’s body, including all but not limited to the chakra points. While Intuitive Phalangaan Touch is expected to enhance the body’s Life Force Energy, it may have unintended side effects where it might trigger participants past traumatic memories and emotions, or physical reactions that may be upsetting. During the Intuitive Phalangaan Touch sessions, participants are encouraged to share and process uncomfortable feelings and sensations as they arise, but if the participants are uncomfortable with being physically touched skin-to-skin on any parts of their body, then the Intuitive Phalangaan Touch may not be the right path for them to take for balancing their body’s Life Force Energy. This hands-on interaction can reduce and alleviate stress, promote and enhance the body's natural healing capacity, and support general health and wellness. As infants, we experience feelings of being loved and nurtured through touch. Throughout our lives, our non-verbal touch experiences determine how we feel about ourselves and how we connect to others. The use of Intuitive Phalangaan Touch is also a powerful tool for participants to get grounded and help them move through their body-based trauma reactions. Intuitive Phalangaan Touch healing depends greatly on the practitioner’s ability to keenly observe delicate shifts in the participant’s energy fields, combined with either psychic awareness or empathic understanding. Practitioners apply their hands to affect the body's Life Force Energy/Aura, aiming to harmonize and rejuvenate the energy flow to support mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being. The Intuitive Phalangaan Touch is based on the principle that when mental and emotional energy is in motion and flowing, it prevents energy blockages that may cause imbalances or disturbances leading to physical stress that causes physical illnesses. The Intuitive Phalangaan Touch incorporates principles from various traditions such as Reiki, Pranic healing, Qi, Ki moving and Chakra balancing with intention and purpose for health and healing. “When we let go, energy flows through the body aligning mental, emotional, and physical as it is being filled with Universal Life Force Energy.

I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in this agreed-to session. This is a complete and irrevocable release and waiver of liability. Specifically, and without limitation, I, on behalf of myself, hereby release SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, from any liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of negligence. I, on behalf of myself; covenant not to sue SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, for any alleged liabilities, claims, or causes of action released hereunder. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, from any and all claims resulting from injuries or illness (including death), damages, or loss, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees, sustained by me arising out of, connected with, or in any ways associated with SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK. In the event of any emergency, I authorize SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, to secure from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary from my immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered. After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, and directors, participating practitioners, officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, volunteers and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in my Intuitive Phalangaan Touch session or any other activities that are part of SEE CREATE EXPRESS LLC, KANEDA MATTHAYASACK, or its associated members, programs and/or events. By my signature I indicate that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability & Release Form. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
